VENICE (SNN-TV) – Following their loss in the Class 4S State Championship to Lakeland, it appears Venice High School has found their “next man up” under center heading into the 2023 season.
Former South Plantation Paladin Quarterback and Class of 2024 prospect Jadyn Glasser recently updated his Twitter bio to state he was now enrolled at Venice High School.
Glasser led the Paladins to a 7-3 record last season and threw for 2,624 yards and 25 touchdowns, while also leading South Plantation in rushing with 505 yards and 15 TD’s. With those numbers, Glasser finished the season 1st in total TD’s, 2nd in total yards & 6th in passing yards in Florida as a junior.
The Indians add Glasser with Brooks Bentley set to graduate, and last year’s backup Anthony Miller transferring to Riverview.
