SARASOTA – One of Sarasota’s first Ramen shops is expected to open this summer.
Yokoso Ramen is tentatively scheduled to open on 3422 Clark Road in the Beneva Village Shoppes on July 22 but could open a week or two sooner or later.
Eight specialty ramen will be featured on the menu, plus 15 to 20 types of milk tea, a popular drink in Japan.
According to the Herald Tribune, part-owner Bobby Prather says the restaurant dealt with multiple delays due to the pandemic and rent struggles.
Yokoso will be open 11 am to 10 pm. For more information, visit YokosoRamen.com.
