MANATEE COUNTY – According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a crash happened at the corner of 301 and 30th Avenue East… leaving a car disabled in the right lane.
Troopers say Nilsa Torres was not involved in the crash but was talking to the passengers to see if they were injured, when another car hit the side of the disabled vehicle, pushing it into Torres. She was taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital with critical injuries.
