OSPREY (SNN TV) – The Osprey Junction Trailhead of the Legacy Trail reopens, with new amenities and improvements.

According to the Herald-Tribune, this property reopened after being closed since February 2022. As part of the $1.3 million dollar project, construction crews installed more picnic shelters, walking paths, and a restroom. They also paved and reconfigured the parking lot, which had been a grass lot.

An old home is being rehabilitated into a visitor center. Light fixtures are being upgraded and new carpet is being laid.

The park will also feature four gardens which are currently being developed.
