SARASOTA, Fla. (SNN TV) — Comedian Tom Smothers, one-half of the Smothers Brothers, died at 86.
The National Comedy Center, on behalf of his family, said in a statement Wednesday that Smothers died Tuesday following a cancer battle.
He and his brother appeared onstage together for the first time in about a decade in 2019 in Sarasota. The event was at McCurdy’s Comedy Theatre.
