SARASOTA – Deamus Hart. Dennis Hart. Sherman Baldwin. One of these names is not like the other, but he’s the one who operates Hart’s Landing and expanded what it offers. Sherman Baldwin took over Hart’s Landing in the 2017 and did not want to change the name due to the location’s long history and legacy in Sarasota. SNN’s Marco La Manno spoke with Sherman about how Hart’s Landing changed from the days it was simply window service.
