SARASOTA (SNN-TV) – Four Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School student-athletes signed national letters of intent today.

JR Rosenberg will be attending Texas A&M to play football for the Aggies. Rosenberg was a four-year varsity player and captain during his junior and senior seasons. Rosenberg also participated on the boys weightlifting team where he finished third in the Class 1A meet in his junior and senior years.

Jack MacKinnon will be attending the University of Michigan to play football for the Wolverines. He was a varsity captain in both football and baseball.

Kate Ruona is signing with Florida State University in the fall and will be on the track and field and cross country teams. Ruona finished 11th at the FHSAA Class 2A State Cross Country Meet.

Sean Laureano will sign with Rollins College to continue playing lacrosse. He is a four-year starter and a two-year captain on the lacrosse team.
