VENICE (SNN-TV) – Former Venice State Champion QB, Ryan Browne, has received another collegiate offer, this one from the University of Toledo.

Browne pairs the offer from the Rockets with another MAC school, Western Michigan.

The 6-foot-5, 3-star QB, now playing for Milford Academy in New York after reclassifying, threw for 2,636 passing yards and 31 touchdowns this past season, and was named the 8A Player of the Year and finished runner-up in the Florida Mr. Football voting.

While only holding the two offers, Browne maintains interests from other schools, and having visiting the campuses of Boston College, Clemson, Holy Cross, Michigan State, South Alabama, UCLA and UCONN.

Taking over this season under center for the Indians is Tampa Gaither transfer, Brooks Bentley.
