Florida Highway Patrol Master Trooper Edgardo C. Torres hangs up his badge and parks his patrol car for the last time. Trooper Torres began his career in May of 1987. After 32 years with the Florida Highway Patrol, Torres says being a trooper was a blessing.
Although he is retiring, he wishes the best to his brothers and sisters as they continue to work.
