SARASOTA – A vehicle crash Saturday afternoon sends two people to the hospital.
According to Sarasota County Emergency Services, crews responded to the crash on the corner of University Parkway and Honore Avenue just before 2 p.m.
Deputies had the parties involved in the crash pull into the Wawa on University where two people were transported to a nearby hospital in Lakewood Ranch.
The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
