SARASOTA – Booker High’s band director Ellen Saxton and student Brandon Mendoza not only talked about the band’s accomplishments and next year’s halftime show (wait until you hear about their ‘Burn’ show and what it’s like), but they invite the community to the upcoming “Lights, Camera, Action” show at Booker High.

“Lights, Camera, Action” features all music departments — band, chorus, orchestra, piano and guitar. The event takes place this Friday at the Booker High Auditorium. It starts at 7, and tickets can be purchased at the door, by calling the school at (941)355-2967, or by visiting https://bookervpa.com/ and going to events for Friday, May 10th.
