PALMETTO – A car crashes into a mobile home Friday morning, injuring someone inside.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports 49-year-old Jonathan Perry was driving southbound on US 301. Troopers say Perry veered of the road crashing into a home at the High Way Shores Mobile Home Park near 19th Street East. The home was occupied at the time of the crash.
One person inside the home was transported to Manatee Memorial Hospital suffering minor injuries. Troopers say Perry was also transported with serious injuries.
