SARASOTA – Many on the Suncoast trying to stay fit and healthy attended the 6th Annual Health Expo in Sarasota.
More than a thousand people packed the Robarts Arena for free samples of vitamins, essential oils, oxygen water and much more.
Two Suncoast residents say they’ve come here every year for the health benefits of ditching pharmaceutical pills.”I’m always looking for new products and new things that are healthy lifestyles,” says Alice Delair.
“We come all the time, we shop at the Richards right here on Ringling and we enjoy coming and trying different samples,” says Barbara Kinnas
60 vendors were in attendance in total. Cooking and fitness demonstrations were also available with guest speakers.
