SARASOTA – The 4th annual Sarasota seafood and music festival was hosted at JD Hamel Park in downtown Sarasota.
More than a hundred people were at the event — listening to a mixture of song genres and trying the best seafood the Suncoast has to offer.
Rain or shine it didn’t stop people from enjoying themselves. Miriam Ware and her husband just moved to the Suncoast and their love of seafood brought them to the festival.
“We really wanted to try Sarasota one, we heard it was great and we’re absolutely loving it. We’re new to the area and we just wanted to experience everything this area offers,” says Ware.
More than a dozen bands performed on stage while patrons enjoyed different seafood dishes from an array of food vendors.
