SARASOTA, Fla. (SNN TV) — Three Suncoast-based restaurants are expanding around the state.
According to the Herald-Tribune, Oak & Stone just opened a location in Wellen Park and has plans to open in Estero in Lee County before the end of the year. Oak & Stone specializes in craft beer and artisan pizza and was founded in Manatee County in 2016.
Five-O Donut Co. was founded in Sarasota in 2017. They’re opening another location in Ellenton in mid-December, located near Ellenton Premium Outlets. Three Five-O locations operate in Sarasota, including in the University Town Center district, along with one in Bradenton and St. Petersburg.
Food + Beer is planning for a Tampa location. The restaurant was founded in Sarasota in 2018 and opened a location in Lakeland in August. Food + Beer’s concept is that of first-rate pub grub paired with various brews, and now, craft cocktails.
