SARASOTA-MANATEE (WSNN) – “I honestly cannot recall the last time I put on jeans or anything fancier than that,” Siesta Key resident, Christin Lilly said.

Wife, mom to three, and dog owner, Christin Lilly, says her new normal  is T-shirts and leggings.

“Comfort is key in surviving at this point,” Lilly said.

But for others, like Sarasota resident, Rachel Barker, she says does dress-it-up in quarantine mode.

“Every day is the exact same so it’s like how can I switch it up today?” Barker said.

Barker says what she wears is all about the mood she’s in.

“Some days I don’t feel like changing out of like a T-shirt and then other days, I’m like you know what,” Barker said. “I need to put some makeup on face, I need to some jeans on, or a dress. Today, I’m in a dress, but then I also have on my Harry Potter socks.”

When it comes to bras, it’s the ladies have different opinions about it.

“No wires here at the moment, we’re going full-on comfort with sports bras,” Lilly said.

Lakewood Ranch resident, Courtney Barringer, says she like the security.

“I definitely need to keep the girls lifted during these times,” Barringer said.

But, Barker, says she’s not about the bra life.

“Probably about 80 percent of the time, I’ll try to sneak away with no bra,” Barker said.

Barker says she’ll usually only put a bra on when she has to leave the house.

And while staying in your P.J.s may be nice, Barringer, says changing clothes helps keeps her days and nights separated.

“I think it’s important still to get up, get out of your jammies, put a little makeup on your face and, go about your day and keep some normalcy to what we’re going through,” Barringer said.

But, it doesn’t mean you can’t go half-half. I wear work on top and leggings on the bottom.
