VENICE (SNN-TV) – The Venice Indians aren’t strangers to the big-time and the bright lights, but they’ll get to run it back, once again, on national television this fall.
On Thursday, September 15th at 8pm at Powell-Davis Stadium, the 8A State Champion Venice Indians will play host to a top-3 team in the country, St. Frances Academy (MD).
The Panthers are 42-2 since 2017 and enter this season as one of the top-rated high school teams in the nation on multiple pre-season rankings.
This will be the 3rd time the Venice program will be broadcast on ESPN, the first since it hosted IMG Academy in 2019.
