ENGLEWOOD (SNN TV) – The Lemon Bay High Marching Mantas lost three weeks of practice due to Hurricane Ian. It came a year after the band earned the highest score of superior in their annual assessment at Manatee High School, their first since 2016.
So expectations were high this year’s assessment. How did they recover having lost six practices? I was with the Lemon Bay band that day before, during, and after their performance, and share their story and if they achieved the highest marks again.
