SARASOTA – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating an early Saturday morning crash on I–75.
It happened just after 7 AM near exit 210 on to Fruitville Road.
FHP reports Michael Conroy, the driver of the car, crashed into the wall and had to be transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital as a trauma alert, and suffered serious non–life-threatening injuries.
No word on what caused the crash.
