MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (SNN TV) – Ahead of Tuesday’s expected heavy rains, sandbags are available in Manatee County for those living in low lying areas.

Self-service locations with bags and sand will include: Manatee Beach (4000 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach), Coquina Beach(1465 Gulf Drive South, Bradenton Beach), and the Manatee County Utilities Building at  (4700 66th Street West).

You will need to bring your own shovel.

County officials are making sandbags available to Rubonia citizens door-to-door.
